Resolution for Project Server 2002 and 2003

The Project Server administrator should complete the following steps:

1.  Log into Project Web Access with administrator permissions.

2.  Click Admin - Manage views.

3.  Select any Task view in the Project section of the data grid (such as the Tasks Summary view).

4.  Click the Modify View button.

5.  Select the WBS field from the list on the left and copy it to the Displayed fields list.

6.  Select the WBS field and use the Up or Down buttons to move it into the desired position in the table.

7.  Click the Save Changes button.

8.  Repeat steps #3-7 for each Task view in the Project section, if necessary.

Resolution for Project Server 2007

The Project Server administrator should complete the following steps:

1.  Log into Project Web Access with administrator permissions.

2.  Click Server Settings - Manage views.

3.  Click the name of any Task view in the Project section of the data grid (such as the Tasks Summary view).

4.  On the Edit View page, select the WBS field from the list on the left and copy it to the Displayed fields list.

5.  Select the WBS field and use the Up or Down buttons to move it into the desired position in the table.

6.  Click the Save Changes button.

7.  Repeat steps #3-6 for each Task view in the Project section, if necessary.
