To forward a combined team Status Report to one or more recipients, complete the following steps in Project Server 2003:

1. On the PWA Home page, select the Status Report that has responses from your team members.

2. On the “View Status Report Responses from your Team Members” page, click the Team Status Report icon for the desired reporting period.

3. In the combined report page, click the Zoom button.

4. In the new Internet Explorer window containing the zoomed Team Status Report, click File > Send > Page by E-mail.

5. Select the recipients of the message and send it.

Alternately, instead of performing steps #4-5 above, you can also click File > Save and then save the page as an HTML document. Afterwards, you can upload the HTML document to any Document library in SharePoint.
