Background Information
The system displays the above error message when you
navigate to the Project Center page in Project Web Access and click the name of
any project to display a detailed Project view for the project.
Resolution
There are many potential causes for this issue,
including the following:
1. The project
manager did not publish the project using Collaborate - Publish - All
Information or Collaborate - Publish - Project Plan.
2. Your
organization has not upgraded both
Microsoft Project Professional 2003 and Project Server 2003 to Service Pack 1.

Note: You
may be able to troubleshoot some of the causes for this error message by
examining the application event log on the server hosting Project Server.
