Background Description

When you build an OLAP cube in Project Server 2007 or 2010, the system builds 14 separate cubes. Finding timesheet information can be challenging.

Resolution for Project Server 2007

Overtime Work (planned Overtime work) and Actual Overtime Work are available in the following OLAP cubes:  Assignment Non Timephased, Assignment Timephased, MSP_Portfolio_Analyzer, MSP_Project_Timesheet, MSP_Project_WSS, and Project Non Timephased.

Actual Overtime Work Billable and Actual Overtime Work Non-Billable are available in the following OLAP
cubes:  EPM Timesheet, MSP_Project_Timesheet, and Timesheet.

Your users must enter their Actual Overtime Work, as Billable or Non-Billable on the My Timesheet page, for this information to become available in these OLAP cubes.

Overtime Work (planned Overtime work) and Actual Overtime Work are available in the following OLAP cubes:  Assignment Non Timephased, Assignment Timephased, MSP Portfolio Analyzer, MSP Project Timesheet, MSP Project SharePoint, and Project Non Timephased.
