Resolution

The manager of the project should complete these steps:

1. Open the project in question

2. Click View - Resource Usage

3. Locate the resource and then select only those assignments you wish to publish for that resource

4. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments

5. In the Republish Assignments dialog, make sure Selected Items is selected at the top of the dialog

6. Click OK
