Definition
An "enterprise project" is any project created when
one of two conditions is true:

The project was created using Microsoft Project Professional while connected to
Project Server, and was saved in the Project Server database.

The project was imported into the Project Server
database using the Import Project to Enterprise wizard in Microsoft Project
Professional while connected to Project Server.
Note: Any project that does not meet either of
the two above conditions is considered a "local project" and is not an
enterprise project.
